  3. Scheduling Appointments: Book appointments for fitness classes, personal training sessions, and other club services, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely reminders.
  4. Phone and Email Communication: Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing information and assistance regarding the club’s services, programs, and policies.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as maintaining records, managing databases, and handling correspondence.
  6. Payment Processing: Process membership fees, class bookings, and other payments, handling cash and credit card transactions securely and accurately.
  7. Facility Management: Ensure the reception area and common areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies, such as brochures and promotional materials.
